The Recorder Reports on Planning Board Review of Reynolds Subdivision
The Recorder has published an article covering the Lewisboro Planning Board’s initial review of the proposed subdivision at 831 Route 35 in Cross River.
The article summarizes the applicant’s proposal for 14 residential lots, a private road and gated entrance from Mark Mead Road. It also describes several issues raised by the Planning Board, including traffic, open space, fire access, tree removal, water supply and the need for additional environmental review.
The Town has received 27 written submissions from residents regarding the proposal. The article also notes that a public hearing will be required later in the subdivision-review process.
The application could return to the Planning Board at its August 18 meeting if revised materials are submitted by the applicant before the Town’s deadline.
